What are Career Clusters?

 

The sixteen National Career Clusters were developed to relate occupations to broad industries.  Within each cluster are several "Pathways," which provide a more focused category within the cluster.  These are useful to educators, industry groups, employers, parents and especially students who are exploring their future options.  Some occupations will occur in more than one cluster or pathway.
