ACT
The American College Test (ACT) is a college admission exam measuring English, reading, mathematics and scientific reasoning. It is recommended that you take this test before the end of your junior year. An optional writing portion is available.
Seneca Valley will offer the exam in October, December and April. Students may register at any test center offering the exam. For additional support in preparing for the exam, please visit ACT Academy.
Registration information is available in the senior high school counseling office or can be found on the ACT website. The Seneca Valley High School CEEB code is 395465.

The ACT will be administered to registered students . Students are to enter through the second-floor student parking entrance (S16) beginning at 7:30 a.m. Please have admission ticket and official ID ready - rooms will be assigned once documents are verified. All students must wear a mask for the duration of the test and will be instructed to follow social distancing protocol while in the testing center. Students will also be required to provide their own #2 pencils and ACT approved calculator. Testing will conclude at approximately 12:25 p.m. for students not taking the optional writing test and by 1:15 p.m. for students scheduled for the ACT with Writing.
