Former Student Process and Required Request Form
Former students from 1963 -2023 need to complete the Former Student Transcript Release Form to obtain an official academic record once they have graduated or have withdrawn from Seneca Valley.
Former Students who graduated in 2024 must request directly through SchooLinks: https://app.schoolinks.com/login/member to request transcript
There is no charge to obtain a former student transcript.
