Please find all of the enrollment paperwork required for registration by clicking the link below. Paperwork will be accepted at the start of the registration day.  Registration day is on Monday, January 29th starting at 9 AM in 2C of the Senior High School.  If the district happens to have a 2-hour delay on that day, the registration process will start at 11 AM.  Acceptance will be on a first come basis.  In addition to a completed enrollment packet, a $20 non-refundable registration fee made payable to "SVSD" should be submitted at the time of registration.  We hope to see you there!  Digital submissions will not be accepted.  If you are unable to attend registration day and spots are still available, completed paperwork and registration fee can be dropped off to the Senior High School or mailed to:
